This is an accessible and inclusive space to support you as you navigate your pregnancy journey.
These weekly Prenatal Yoga classes are suitable for all pregnant people from 12+ weeks of gestation throughout the entire pregnancy.
Each class will include movement, breathwork and meditation as well as tips for labour preparation, and a chance to connect with other pregnant people and ask questions.
Prior to attending a class, please email juliehavelund@hotmail.com to get a short health questionnaire to fill out, as well as to connect and talk about any concerns you might have.
