Postnatal Yoga

An online class specifically designed for mothers 6 weeks to 1 year postpartum. This class is not a mother and baby class, but instead a class for all mothers to rebuild their pelvic floor and body in general after giving birth, to find freedom in their body and create more energy as well as calm for motherhood.
