This movement workshop forms part of a 12-week performance workshops are designed around our participants to:

• engage and inspire 

• enhance creative curriculum

• improve performance making skills

• most importantly we invite you to have fun!

Our workshops are for adults who have little or no experience, acting, singing, movement, and performance making. We invite various industry professionals (actors/actresses, theatre-makers, performers, dancers, singing coaches, visual artists, directors) to run each workshop and create a space for our participants to become part of the creative practice community.

Full cost for 12 Workshops: £120 (£10 per one workshop)

​Discount for residents of the Royal Docks and the London Borough of Newham: £84 (£7 per one workshop)
